1. Cancellation Policy
a) Customer-Initiated Cancellations
•Cancellations Before 2 Hours of Appointment:
•You can cancel your booking at least 2 hours before the scheduled service time without any cancellation charges.
•A full refund (if prepaid) will be processed within 5-7 business days.
•Cancellations Within 2 Hours of Appointment:
•If you cancel less than 2 hours before the service time, no refund will be issued.
•You may reschedule your appointment at no additional cost.
•No-Show Policy:
•If our team arrives at your location and the vehicle is not available or the customer is unreachable, the service will be marked as a no-show.
•No refunds will be provided in such cases.
b) Company-Initiated Cancellations
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services under the following circumstances:
•Bad weather conditions (heavy rain, storms, extreme heat).
•Unavailability of staff due to operational issues.
•Unforeseen technical difficulties.
•Incorrect service location details provided by the customer.
In such cases:
•You will be notified in advance, and an option to reschedule will be provided.
•If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund will be issued.
2. Refund Policy
a) Eligibility for Refunds
You may be eligible for a full or partial refund under the following conditions:
•Service Not Provided:
•If we fail to provide the booked service due to operational issues, a full refund will be issued.
•Unsatisfactory Service:
•If you are not satisfied with the service, please contact us within 24 hours with valid reasons and supporting evidence (e.g., photos).
•We will assess your complaint and, if found valid, offer a partial or full refund or a free re-service.
•Duplicate Payment:
•If a payment is made twice due to a technical error, the extra amount will be fully refunded within 5-7 business days.
b) Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
•Cancellation within 2 hours of the scheduled service.
•If the vehicle is unavailable or the customer is unreachable at the time of service.
•If the service has been successfully completed and no issues are reported within 24 hours.
•Any pre-existing damages to the vehicle that are not related to our service.
3. Refund Processing Time
•Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
•For Cash on Delivery (COD) payments, refunds will be made via bank transfer or UPI after verification.
4. Rescheduling Policy
•You can reschedule your service up to 2 hours before the scheduled time without any extra charges.
•Rescheduling requests made less than 2 hours before the service may be subject to availability.
